1、The front compartment frame assembly is fabricated from 6061 or 6082 T6 aluminum extrusions with a yield strength of ≥290 MPa, delivering excellent bending and torsional rigidity.
2、Robotic MIG welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) verification ensure dimensional tolerances within ±0.5 mm. Post-weld CNC one-shot finishing is applied to all mounting interfaces.
3、Pre-placed rivet nut holes with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm are featured in this aluminum engine compartment frame, greatly simplifying final assembly. Test data is provided to validate high hardness and impact resistance.
